All the mechanical regulations are <strong>equipped with numerical operators<\/strong> that allow easy adjustment based on the tables, which can be formatted in the control panel. The rotation units can be motorized with <strong>asynchronous motors equipped<\/strong> with electronic inverters or with the most modern <strong>brushless servomotors<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>PRODUCTS SEPARATION UNIT<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>The products arriving from the packaging line are <strong>spaced and timed from places at the entrance to the labelling system<\/strong>. For spacing, some <strong>motorized modules with two parallel belts<\/strong> are available, equipped with micrometric supports and suitable for the management of <strong>numerous and frequent format changes<\/strong>. For high-speed application, <strong>motorized auger spacing devices are integrated<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\"><strong>CODING UNIT<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span>It is essential for <strong>printing variable data<\/strong> on the label, such as: lot number, production date, expiry date, any 1D, 2D and Data Matrix barcodes. The printing units, integrated on supports equipped with <strong>micrometric adjustments<\/strong> to allow easy and repetitive positioning of the print in the label graphics, are available with two solutions that can be integrated on the labelling units: <strong>thermal transfer <\/strong>and<strong> ink jet printing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">CONTROL DEVICES<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>The control systems play a fundamental role in label application onto pharmaceutical products. All the <strong>MASTER systems<\/strong> can be <strong>provided<\/strong> by <strong>print presence control<\/strong>, <strong>printed text verification<\/strong>, <strong>label application<\/strong> and <strong>label positioning<\/strong>. The following devices are also available: print mark reading and label presence sensors (UV) and <strong>control cameras<\/strong> for the presence of a print, the text being printed (OCR-OCV), the application of the label and the position of the label.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">EJECTOR DEVICES<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>In the labelling and control process, <strong>not correct products<\/strong> <strong>are automatically ejected from the system using compressed air jet devices or a pneumatic cylinder depending on their size and weight<\/strong>. The ejected products are then <strong>collected in containers<\/strong>, with an <strong>open or closed drawer<\/strong> equipped with a door with key and equipped with a <strong>sensor for checking<\/strong> that the rejection has occurred.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #ff9900;\">CONTROL PANEL<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong>The general control panel is housed in a hanging position next to the main structure, thus facilitating access for maintenance. <strong>All the electronic drives of the brushless<\/strong>, stepping and asynchronous motors, as well as the PLC for managing the system functions, are housed inside the electrical panel. <strong>The touch screen operator panel<\/strong> is housed in an ergonomic position for easy access by the operator.
